An objective of the present invention is to provide a pile cutting apparatus for cutting the top part of a pile protruding from a ground surface after construction of the pile used for a driven pillar to support the weight of a structure on the soft ground. According to the present invention, the pile cutting apparatus comprises: a vise unit which is opened and closed while a pile is inserted and separated through an opening part, and which fixes and releases the pile using a grip element; a bed including horizontal and vertical parts on the upper surface of the vise unit; a cutting unit moving over the bed to be overturned or erected, operated by guidable of a guide roll, and including a caterpillar type wire saw having a cutting section on a lower side; and an actuator interposed between the bed and the cutting unit to be extended/retracted by hydraulic pressure. When the actuator is retracted, the cutting unit is overturned from an erected state over the bed to simply cut the pile with the cutting section of the wire saw.
본 발명은 연약지반 등에서 구조물의 중량 지지를 위해 관입 지주로 사용되는 파일의 시공 후 지표면 상으로 돌출되는 상단부를 처리시키는 파일 절단기를 제공함에 의해 달성되게 되는데, 상기 절단기는 파일이 개구부를 통하여 자유로이 삽입ㆍ이탈됨과 동시에 개폐되는 파지요소를 이용해 상기 파일이 해제 또는 고정되게한 바이스유닛과, 상기 바이스유닛의 상면에서 수평부와 수직부로 이루는 베드와, 상기 베드를 타고 이동하며 전도 또는 기립되고 가이드롤에 의해 안내되어 구동하고 하변에 절삭구간을 갖는 무한궤도의 와이어톱이 구비되는 절삭유닛 및 베드와 절삭유닛의 사이에 개재되어 유압에 의해 신장ㆍ수축되는 액추에이터를 포함하며, 상기 액추에이터가 수축하면 절삭유닛이 베드를 타고 기립상태에서 전도되면서 와이어톱의 절삭구간을 이용해 상기 파일을 간단히 절단시키게 된다.
