Ca3Co4O9 Ca3Co4O9-BASED OXIDE THERMOELECTRIC MATERIAL AND PREPARING METHOD OF THE SAME
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a Ca_3Co_4O_9-based oxide thermoelectric material with spark plasma sintering using powder synthesized by a sol-gel method, and a Ca_3Co_4O_9-based oxide thermoelectric material manufactured by the manufacturing method. The method comprises the steps of: obtaining a first precursor solution including an organic acid and a dispersant; obtaining a second precursor solution by mixing solutions containing each nitrate of Ca, rare-earth metal R, and Co; and obtaining a precursor gel by heating and gelling a precursor solution obtained by mixing the first and second precursor solutions; composing oxide powder by calcinating the precursor gel; and obtaining a Ca_3Co_4O_9-based oxide thermoelectric material displayed as chemical formula 1, Ca_(3-x)R_xCo_4O_(9+δ), by sintering the composed oxide powder.
졸겔법으로 합성한 분말을 이용하여 방전 플라즈마 소결법(spark plasma sintering)으로 CaCoO계 산화물 열전재료를 제조하는 방법, 및 상기 제조 방법에 의해 제조되는 CaCoO계 산화물 열전재료에 관한 것이다.
