Disclosed is an insulation block comprising: a first block segment (1) made of dielectric plastic, of which both distal ends of a left side are provided with a protrusion insertion groove (5), and both distal ends of a right side are provided with an assembly protrusion (4); and a second block segment (2) made of dielectric plastic, of which a left side is provided with a protrusion insertion groove (5), and a right side is provided with an assembly protrusion (4). The assembly protrusion (4) formed on the left distal end of the right side is engaged to the protrusion insertion groove (5) formed on the right distal end of the left side of other first block segment which is disposed adjacent to the first block segment (1), and a void (3) is formed between the first block segments, so that the first block segments (1) are engaged to each other in a zigzag pattern. The second block segment (2) is interposed between the first block segments (1), and the protrusion insertion groove (5) formed on the left side of the second block segment (2) is engaged to the assembly protrusion (4) formed on the right side of the first block segment (1). The assembly protrusion (4) formed on the right side of the second block segment (2) is engaged to the protrusion insertion groove (5) formed on the left side of the first block segment (1). The present invention is useful to construct a building requiring electrical insulating property, such as an electrical room or a gas station, because of a good insulation effect. Also, the present invention can be easily installed on a slope, and has a non-slip property.
본 발명의 절연블럭은 절연 플라스틱으로 구성되며 좌측면 양측 말단부 각각에는 돌기 삽입용 홈(5)이 형성되어 있고 우측면 양측 말단부 각각에는 조립용 돌기(4)가 형성되어 있는 제1블럭조각(1) 및 절연 플라스틱으로 구성되어 좌측면에는 돌기 삽입용 홈(5)이 형성되고 우측면에는 조립용 돌기(4)가 형성되어 있는 제2블럭조각(2)을 포함한다. 제1블럭조각(1) 우측면의 좌측 말단부에 형성된 조립용 돌기(4)가 상기 제1블럭조각(1)과 이웃하여 배치되는 또 다른 제1블럭조각의 좌측면의 우측 말단부에 형성된 돌기 삽입용 홈(5)과 체결되면서 상기 제1블럭조각들 사이에는 공극부(3)가 형성되면서 복수의 제1블럭조각(1)들은 상호 지그재그로 체결된다. 상기 제2블럭조각(2)은 제1블럭조각(1)들 사이에 배치되면서 제2블럭조각(2)의 좌측면에 형성된 돌기 삽입용 홈(5)은 제1블럭조각(1)의 우측면에 형성된 조립용 돌기(4)와 체결되고, 제2블럭조각(2)의 우측면에 형성된 조립용 돌기(4)는 제1블럭조각(1)의 좌측면에 형성된 돌기 삽입용 홈(5)과 체결된다. 본 발명은 절연효과가 뛰어나 전기실, 주유소 등과 같이 절연성이 요구되는 건물을 시공하는 자재로 유용하다. 또한, 본 발명은 경사면에 설치가 용이하고 미끄럼 방지성도 우수하다.
