The present invention relates to an insulation material fixing device for a wall. According to the present invention, the insulation material fixing device for a wall to fix an insulation material fixed to a mold form (2) by a fixing bolt (4) to the wall without protrusion comprises: a plain part (11) disposed on the upper surface of an end part of the insulation material; a bent part (12) vertically bent to the plain part to support the end part of the insulation material; a fixing piece part (17) integrally formed at both end parts of the plain part and having a coupling hole (24) coupled to a head (16) of a fixing bolt (15) fixing the insulation material to a concrete structure; and a cap member receiving and coupled to a head (5) of the fixing bolt (4) and engaged with and coupled to the coupling hole (24) of the fixing piece part (17). Accordingly, after being closely attached to an aluminum form, the insulation material is strongly fixed without protruding outside of the wall or moving to a side, an effect that the insulation material is pushed or damaged by the weight of concrete is prevented, and it is prevented that an irregular wall is formed as the insulation material is pushed, thereby providing an effect of preventing occurrence of reinstallation and additional expenses.
본 발명은 벽체용 단열재 고정구에 관한 것으로, 거푸집폼(2)에 고정볼트(4)로 고정되는 단열재(3)를 벽체에 대해 돌출되지 않게 고정하는 벽체용 단열재 고정구에 있어서, 단열재 단부 상면에 배치되는 평면부(11)와, 상기 평면부에 대해 직각으로 절곡되어 단열재의 단부를 지지하기 위한 절곡부(12), 상기 평면부(11)의 양측 단부에 일체로 형성되고 단열재를 콘크리트 구조물에 고정하는 고정볼트(15)의 헤드(16)에 결합된 결합공(24)이 형성된 고정편부(17), 및 상기 고정볼트(4)의 헤드(5)를 수용하여 결합되고, 상기 고정편부(17)의 결합공(24)에 맞물려 결합되는 캡부재(30)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하여 구성됨으로써, 단열재를 알루미늄 폼에 밀착시킨 후, 단열재가 벽체 외부로 돌출되거나 측방으로 이동되지 않게 견고히 고정되고, 콘크리트의 중량에 의해 단열재가 밀리는 현상 및 단열재의 파손을 방지함은 물론, 단열재가 밀림에 따라 불규칙한 벽체가 형성되는 것을 방지하여, 재시공 및 추가비용이 발생하지 않는 효과가 있다.
