MANUFACTURING METHOD STAINLESS WINDOW FRAME FOR THERMAL INSULATION
The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a stainless thermal insulation window frame, which includes: a first step of providing a thermal insulation module (100) formed of a metal frame having a rectangular cross-sectional inner hollow, and having an upper surface (110) opened to communicate with the inside and outside in which a facing open end of the upper surface has an inwardly bent portion (115), and a lower surface having a protrusion (125) inwardly protruding at a position corresponding to the bent portion of the upper surface; a second step of filling an inside of the metal frame with a thermal insulation material; a third step of cutting between bottom protrusions of the metal frame; a fourth step of providing a stainless steel frame (200) formed of a stainless steel frame having a rectangular cross section, and having one side of a side surface opened to communicate with the inside and outside in which a facing open end of the side surface has outwardly bent fastening portions (220); a fifth step of forming a plurality of first fastening holes (250) at predetermined intervals along the longitudinal direction on the bent fastening portions; a sixth step of arranging the metal frame between the bent fastening portions; and a seventh step of coupling the stainless steel frame to the thermal insulation module by connecting screws to the fastening holes.
본 발명은, 단면이 사각형상인 내부 중공인 금속재질의 프레임이되, 상면(110)은 내외 연통되게 개방되고 상면의 마주보는 개방단은 내측으로 절곡된 절곡부(115)를 갖고, 하면은 상면의 절곡부에 대응되는 위치에서 내측으로 돌출된 돌출부(125)를 갖는 단열모듈(100)을 마련하는 제1단계; 상기 금속프레임의 내부에 단열재를 충진하는 제2단계; 상기 금속프레임의 하면 돌출부 사이를 절단하는 제3단계; 단면이 사각 형상의 스테인레스 프레임이며, 측면 일측은 내외 연통되게 개방되고 측면의 마주보는 개방단은 외측으로 절곡된 절곡체결부(220)를 갖는 스테인레스 프레임(200)을 마련하는 제4단계; 상기 절곡체결부에 길이방향을 따라 소정 간격으로 다수 개의 제1체결홀(250)을 형성하는 제5단계; 상기 절곡체결부 사이에 상기 금속프레임을 배치하는 제6단계; 상기 체결홀에 나사를 결합하여 스테인레스 프레임과 단열모듈을 결합하는 제7단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스테인레스 단열창호 프레임 제조방법을 제공한다.
