Earth retaining wall construction method using castinplace concrete pile of impermeable peristyle type
The present invention provides a construction method of an earth retaining wall by using impermeable column type cast-in-place piles, in which a water cutoff hollow part is provided in a primary site pile and then concrete is poured to a secondary site pile, including the water cutoff hollow part, thereby completing water cutoff work. According to an appropriate embodiment of the present invention, a construction method of an earth retaining wall by using impermeable column type cast-in-place piles comprises: (a) a step for forming primary perforation holes by inserting primary casings having a predetermined diameter at predetermined intervals in the ground where an earth retaining wall is to be constructed; (b) a step for lifting a reinforcing net or an H beam, to which one pair of overlapping boundary guide members have been attached, and inserting the same into the primary perforation hole; (c) a step for forming water cutoff hollow parts, where no concrete is poured, outside the overlapping boundary guide members by pouring concrete into the primary perforation holes and then pulling out the primary casings; (d) a step for overlapping the water cutoff hollow parts formed by the overlapping boundary guide members present between neighboring primary perforation holes, inserting secondary casings having the same diameter and carrying out perforation so as to form secondary perforation holes; (e) a step for lifting a reinforcing net or an H beam, where no overlapping boundary guide member is installed, and inserting the same into the secondary perforation hole; and (f) a step for pouring concrete into the secondary perforation holes including the water cutoff hollow parts and then pulling out the secondary casings.
본 발명은 1차 현장 말뚝에 차수용 중공부를 둔 후 2차 현장 말뚝에 차수용 중공부를 포함하여 콘크리트가 타설되도록 함으로써 차수가 완성되도록 한 차수형 주열식 현장타설 말뚝을 이용한 흙막이 벽체의 시공방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 적절한 실시 형태에 따른 차수형 주열식 현장타설 말뚝을 이용한 흙막이 벽체의 시공방법은, (a) 흙막이 벽체가 시공될 지반에 일정 간격마다 소정의 직경을 갖는 1차 케이싱을 근입하고 천공을 실시하여 1차 천공홀을 시공하는 단계와; (b) 한 쌍의 중첩경계용 가이드부재가 각기 부착된 철근망이나 H빔을 인양하여 1차 천공홀에 인입시켜 놓는 단계와; (c) 1차 천공홀에 콘크리트를 타설하여 중첩경계용 가이드부재의 외측으로 콘크리트가 타설되지 않은 차수용 중공부를 형성시킨 후, 1차 케이싱을 인발하는 단계와; (d) 이웃한 1차 천공홀의 사이에 존재하는 중첩경계용 가이드부재에 의해 형성된 차수용 중공부가 겹침되도록 하여 동일한 직경을 갖는 2차 케이싱을 근입하고 천공을 실시하여 2차 천공홀을 시공하는 단계와; (e) 중첩경계용 가이드부재가 설치되지 않은 철근망이나 H빔을 인양하여 2차 천공홀에 인입시켜 놓는 단계와; (f) 차수용 중공부를 포함시킨 2차 천공홀에 콘크리트를 타설한 후, 2차 케이싱을 인발하는 단계;를 포함하여 시공되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
