Mist spraying vehicle for filtering dust
The present invention relates to a mist spraying vehicle for removing dust inside a tunnel under construction. The mist spraying vehicle includes: a water tank (20); a pump for supplying water from the water tank at predetermined pressure; spray pipes (30) having a plurality of spray nozzles (32) mounted at regular intervals to spray water in a fine water particle form from the pump; and a frame (10) for supporting the spray pipes (30) on a vehicle. Here, the spray pipes are arranged on both sides and the upper side of the vehicle in zigzag to spray fine water particles to the right and left sides and the upper side of the vehicle at the same time. Therefore, the spray pipe has a predetermined length in a horizontal direction, and can effectively remove dust by spraying mist toward both sides and the upper side at the same time.
본 발명은 공사중인 터널 내부에서 먼지를 제거하기 위하여 미스트를 분사하는 차량을 제안한다. 본 발명의 미스트 분사 차량은, 물탱크(20)와, 상기 물탱크에서의 물을 소정의 압력으로 공급할 수 있는 펌프, 상기 펌프에서의 물을 미세 물입자 형태로 분사하는 다수의 분사 노즐(32)이 일정 간격을 가지고 설치된 분사 파이프(30), 그리고 차량에 상기 분사파이프를 지지하기 위한 프레임(10)으로 구성된다. 여기서 분사파이프는, 차량의 양측면 및 상면에 각각 지그재그 형태로 배치되어, 차량의 좌우측면 및 상면으로 동시에 미세 물입자를 분사할 수 있다. 따라서 일정한 전후 방향의 길이를 가지면서 양측면 및 상면으로 동시에 미스트가 분사됨으로써 효율적인 먼지 제거가 가능하게 된다.
