The present invention relates to a slab bracket and a panel structure, comprising: an insertion portion; a first support portion arranged on the insertion portion; and a guide portion arranged on the first support portion, wherein the guide portion includes a first angular piece and a second angular piece arranged to be apart from each other by a gap, a third angular piece extended upwardly from the first angular piece, and a fourth angular piece extended to an opposite direction of a direction, in which the opposite is from the third angular piece to the second angular piece.
