Floor panel supporting device for interlayer noise reduction
The present invention relates to a floor panel supporting device for reducing interlayer noise, and more specifically, to a floor panel supporting device for reducing interlayer noise, which can effectively block noise or vibration transferred to the floor by supporting a floor panel in a magnetic levitation way. The floor panel supporting device for reducing interlayer noise according to the present invention can prevent noise or vibration from being directly transferred to the floor from a floor panel since the floor panel is supported in the magnetic levitation way using repulsive power between a first magnet and a second magnet, and remarkably reduce interlayer noise by effectively blocking noise and vibration through a first buffer pad disposed on an upper supporter for supporting the floor panel and a second buffer pad disposed on a lower supporter mounted on the floor. Moreover, the floor panel supporting device for reducing interlayer noise according to the present invention can easily adjust height of the floor panel by rotating the upper supporter with respect to the lower supporter, and block transfer of noise and vibration due to a buffering effect through a magnet supporting part for supporting the first magnet to be pushed down a little when relatively large load or external force is applied to the upper supporter through the floor panel.
본 발명은 층간 소음 저감용 바닥패널 지지장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 바닥에 대해 바닥패널을 자기부상식으로 지지함으로써 소음이나 진동이 바닥으로 전달되는 것을 효과적으로 차단할 수 있는 층간 소음 저감용 바닥패널 지지장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 층간 소음 저감용 바닥패널 지지장치는 제1자석과 제2자석 상호간 작용하는 반발력을 이용하여 바닥에 대해 바닥패널을 자기부상식으로 지지함으로써, 바닥패널에서 바닥으로 소음이나 진동이 직접적으로 전달되는 것을 차단할 수 있고, 바닥패널을 지지하는 상부지지체에 구비된 제2완충패드와, 바닥에 설치되는 하부지지체에 구비된 제1완충패드에 의해 소음 및 진동이 전달되는 것을 효과적으로 차단할 수 있어 층간 소음을 획기적으로 저감시킬 수 있는 장점이 있다. 또한, 본 발명은 바닥패널을 지지하는 상부지지체를 하부지지체에 대해 회전시켜 바닥패널의 높이를 쉽게 조정할 수 있으며, 비교적 큰 하중이나 외력이 바닥패널을 통해 상부지지체에 작용할 때 제1자석을 하방으로 소정 폭 밀려나도록 지지하는 자석지지부를 통한 완충 효과 또한 기대할 수 있어 이를 통한 소음 및 진동 전달을 차단할 수 있는 장점이 있다.

The present invention relates to a floor panel supporting device for reducing interlayer noise, and more specifically, to a floor panel supporting device for reducing interlayer noise, which can effectively block noise or vibration transferred to the floor by supporting a floor panel in a magnetic levitation way.
