The present invention relates to a mold with a waterproof sill. The mold with a waterproof sill includes: a vertical fixture fixed on the ground having a vertical body integrated with an upper portion of a fixing member; an upper connector of which a lower joining part is screwed to a screw coupling part formed at an upper portion of the vertical body and having an upper fixing plate having a coupling hole and integrated with an upper portion of the lower joining part; a pair of bent plates arranged at both sides of the upper connector, having a vertical portion and a horizontal portion, which are formed to be bent, and an upper coupling hole and a lower coupling hole respectively formed in the vertical portion and the horizontal portion; a fitting member fit into the coupling hole of the upper connector and the upper coupling hole of the vertical portion to support the upper connector and the bent plates, wherein a fitting coupling hole is formed in the fitting member; a fixing member fit into the fitting coupling hole of the fitting member to fix the upper connector and the bent plate; and a pair of horizontal support combined with a lower portion of the horizontal portion of the bent plate. The mold with a waterproof sill according to the present invention allows even unskilled persons to rapidly install or dismantle it at a designated place due to its simple structure, and can minimize loss of components and reduce work expenses and maintenance fees.
본 발명은 방수턱 거푸집에 관한 것으로서, 지면에 고정되고 상기 고정부재의 상부에는 수직 몸체가 일체로 형성되는 수직 고정구; 상기 수직 몸체의 상부에 형성되는 나선 결합부에 하부 결합부가 나선 결합되고 상기 하부 결합부의 상부에는 결합공이 구비된 상부 고정판이 일체로 형성되는 상부 연결구; 상기 상부 연결구의 양측에 각각 배치되고, 수직부와 수평부가 절곡형성되며, 상기 수직부와 수평부에는 상부 결합공과 하부 결합공이 각각 형성되는 한 쌍의 절곡 플레이트; 상기 상부 연결구의 결합공과 상기 수직부의 상부 결합공에 끼움 결합되어 상기 상부 연결구와 한 쌍의 절곡 플레이트를 지지하고 내부에는 끼움 결합공이 형성되는 끼움 부재; 상기 끼움 부재의 끼움 결합공에 끼움 결합되고 상기 상부 연결구와 절곡 플레이트를 고정하는 고정 부재; 및 상기 절곡 플레이트의 수평부 하부에 각각 결합되는 한 쌍의 수평 지지대;를 포함한다. 본 발명에 의한 방수턱 거푸집은 간단한 구조로써 미숙련공도 지정된 위치에 빠르게 설치 또는 해체하고 부품의 손실을 최소화할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 작업비용 및 유지보수비용을 절감할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
The present invention relates to a mold with a waterproof sill. 본 발명은 방수턱 거푸집에 관한 것으로서, 지면에 고정되고 상기 고정부재의 상부에는 수직 몸체가 일체로 형성되는 수직 고정구; 상기 수직 몸체의 상부에 형성되는 나선 결합부에 하부 결합부가 나선 결합되고 상기 하부 결합부의 상부에는 결합공이 구비된 상부 고정판이 일체로 형성되는 상부 연결구; 상기 상부 연결구의 양측에 각각 배치되고, 수직부와 수평부가 절곡형성되며, 상기 수직부와 수평부에는 상부 결합공과 하부 결합공이 각각 형성되는 한 쌍의 절곡 플레이트; 상기 상부 연결구의 결합공과 상기 수직부의 상부 결합공에 끼움 결합되어 상기 상부 연결구와 한 쌍의 절곡 플레이트를 지지하고 내부에는 끼움 결합공이 형성되는 끼움 부재; 상기 끼움 부재의 끼움 결합공에 끼움 결합되고 상기 상부 연결구와 절곡 플레이트를 고정하는 고정 부재; 및 상기 절곡 플레이트의 수평부 하부에 각각 결합되는 한 쌍의 수평 지지대;를 포함한다. 본 발명에 의한 방수턱 거푸집은 간단한 구조로써 미숙련공도 지정된 위치에 빠르게 설치 또는 해체하고 부품의 손실을 최소화할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 작업비용 및 유지보수비용을 절감할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
