The present invention relates to an integrated concrete foundation block with a base plate buried in an upper part, which integrally buries a base plate in the upper part of a concrete foundation block for supporting and fixing, from the ground, a post of a deck, a pergola, a fence, a streetlight, a landscape facility, and the like, which are installed in a trail, a waterside, a mountaineering trail, a park, a river, a wetland, a house, a pension, and the like, to strongly fix various kinds of structures to the base plate, and is simply and efficiently manufactured. According to the present invention, the integrated concrete foundation block with a base plate buried in an upper part comprises a block-shaped concrete foundation block installed to bury a part or all of a bottom portion in the ground, and a base plate buried on the upper surface of the concrete foundation block through surface bonding and exposing an upper surface to fix and support a post. A plurality of rectangular punching holes are formed in the base plate and a buried fixing piece, which is connected to one or both ends of the rectangular punching hole and downwardly bent by punching for forming the rectangular punching hole, is buried in and integrally fixed to the concrete foundation block.
본 발명은 산책로, 수변, 등산로, 공원, 하천, 습지, 주택, 펜션 등에 시공되는 데크, 퍼걸러, 휀스, 가로등, 조경시설물 등의 지주를 지면으로부터 지지 고정하는 콘크리트 기초블록의 상부에 베이스플레이트가 일체로 매립되어 상기 베이스플레이트에 각종 구조물을 견고하게 고정할 수 있도록 하고, 베이스플레이트 상부매립 일체형 콘크리트 기초블록을 간편하고, 효율적으로 제조할 수 있도록 한 베이스플레이트 상부매립 일체형 콘크리트 기초블록에 관한 것으로, 하단부가 지면에 부분 또는 전부 매립 설치되는 블록형태의 콘크리트 기초블록과; 상기 콘크리트 기초블록 상면에 면접합 매립되고 상면이 노출되어 지주를 고정, 지지하는 베이스플레이트;를 포함하여 구성되되, 상기 베이스플레이트에는 복수의 직사각형 펀칭홀이 형성되고, 상기 직사각형 펀칭홀 형성을 위한 펀칭에 의하여 상기 직사각형 펀칭홀의 한쪽 끝단 또는 양 끝단에 연결되어 하부로 꺽여져 형성되는 매립고정편이 상기 콘크리트 기초블록에 매립되어 일체로 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 베이스플레이트 상부매립 일체형 콘크리트 기초블록에 관한 것이다.
