Disclosed is a prefabricated flooring material having sufficient structural strength and good assemblability. According to the present invention, the prefabricated flooring material (10) comprises: a plurality of hexagonal units continuously formed therein in longitudinal and lateral directions; and a rectangular frame having an outer wall including upper and lower walls, and first and second side walls. Moreover, a plurality of legs (11) are formed on the bottom surface of the rectangular frame, such that the prefabricated flooring material is kept at a predetermined height from the ground. The first and second side walls (22A, 22B) of the rectangular frame are formed with the same surface as the outer surface (13, 14) of the outermost hexagonal unit (12) of the rectangular frame. Moreover, a lateral coupling groove (32) is formed between the upper and lower hexagonal units on the first side wall, and a lateral coupling protrusion (34) coupled to the lateral coupling groove (32) is formed between the upper and lower hexagonal units on the second side wall. The lateral coupling protrusion and a vertical coupling protrusion are press-fit in the lateral coupling groove and a vertical coupling groove, respectively.
본 발명은 구조적 강도가 충분하고 조립성이 좋은 조립식 바닥재를 제안하고 있다. 본 발명의 조립식 바닥재(10)는, 내부에는 다수의 육각 유닛이 상하 좌우로 연속 성형되고, 상벽 및 하벽 그리고 제1측벽 및 제2측벽으로 구성되는 외벽을 가지는 사각 프레임으로 구성된다. 여기서 사각 프레임의 저면에는 다수의 레그(11)가 성형되어 지면에서 일정 높이로 유지될 수 있다. 그리고 사각 프레임의 제1측벽(22A) 및 제2측벽(22B)은, 사각 프레임의 최외측 육각 유닛(12)의 외측면(13,14)과 동일한 면으로 형성된다. 또한 제1측벽에서 상하의 육각 유닛 사이에서 좌우결합홈(32)이 형성되고, 제2측벽에서 상하의 육가 유닛 사이에는 상기 좌우결합홈(32)에 결합되는 좌우결합돌기(34)가 성형된다. 본 발명의 좌우결합돌기 및 상하결합돌기는, 좌우결합홈 및 상하결합홈과 억지끼움으로 결합된다.
