The present invention relates to a penetration sleeve for dividing a fire zone, which is installed at a portion through which an inlet pipe of an apartment building penetrates, thereby preventing a fire source and toxic gas from permeating through a pipe penetrating unit. In particular, this invention has a fireproof filling material mounted therein, which expands by heat in order to enclose a penetrating portion in case of a fire. In addition, this invention comprises: a contraction member which is contracted by pressure inflicted in order to fixate a pipe penetrating therethrough; and pressurizing members which block an opened portion at an upper end of the penetrating sleeve while pressurizing a pipe fixating means. Therefore, provided is a fixture-integrated penetration sleeve with a fireproof filling material mounted therein, which allows an inlet pipe to be easily fixated, and a fire zone to be easily divided.
본 발명은 공동주택의 입상관이 관통되는 부분에 설치되어 배관 관통부를 통해 화원과 유독가스의 침투를 방지하기 위한 방화구획용 관통 슬리브에 관한 것으로, 특히 화재 발생시 열에 의해 팽창하여 관통부분을 밀폐시키는 내화 충전재가 내장되고 내부에 관통되는 배관을 고정하기 위해 가해지는 압력에 의해 수축하는 수축부재와 상기 배관 고정수단에 압력을 가하면서 관통슬리브 상단의 개방된 부분을 막는 가압부재들로 구성되어서 입상관의 고정 및 방화구획을 설정하기 용이한 내화 충전재가 내장된 고정구 일체형 관통 슬리브를 제공한다.
