Composite Girder Structure integrated with Cover Plate Temporary Bridge using such Structure and Constructing Method of such Temporary Bridge

Abstract

The present invention relates to a composite girder integrated with a deck plate, a temporary bridge using the same, and a construction method thereof, which can enhance structural stability, economic feasibility, and constructability since a deck plate and a main girder are integrated with each other. The composite girder integrated with a deck plate according to the present invention includes main girders (1) of two arrays and a deck plate (4). The main girder (1) has a support coupling member (7). The support coupling member (7) includes a floor plate (71) and a pair of side plates (72). The side plate (72) has a protrusion expanding part (720) formed at an upper portion thereof. When the composite girders (100) integrated with the deck plate are arranged side by side to be integrated, the side plates (72) are connected into one flat surface, and a connection plate (78) is inserted downwardly to get in contact with the side plate (72). When a connection cross beam (5) is mounted between the composite girders integrated with the deck plate, both ends of the connection cross beam (5) are fit between a pair of the side plates (72) to be integrated.

본 발명은 복공판과 주거더가 일체로 구성됨으로써 구조적 안정성과 경제성, 시공성이 향상된 "복공판 일체형 합성거더" 및 이를 이용하여 가설교량을 시공하게 되는 "가설교량 시공방법", 그리고 이러한 시공방법에 의해 시공된 "가설교량"에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서 2열(列)의 주거더(1)와, 주복공판(4)을 포함하며; 주거더(1)에는 지지결합부재(7)가 구비되어 있는데; 주복공판(4)에는 오목절취홈(60)이 형성되어 있고; 상기 지지결합부재(7)는, 바닥판(71)과, 한 쌍의 측판(72)을 포함하며, 상기 측판(72)의 상부에는 돌출확장부(720)가 형성되어 있어서. 상기 돌출확장부(720)는 오목절취홈(60)에 끼워져 위치하고; 복공판 일체형 합성거더(100)가 이웃하게 배치되어 일체화될 때에는 측판(72)이 연속되어 하나의 평면이 된 상태에서 연결체결판(78)이 하향 삽입되어 측판(72)에 밀착 배치되어 일체화되며, 연결가로보(5)가 복공판 일체형 합성거더 사이에 설치될 때에는 연결가로보(5)의 양단이 한 쌍의 측판(72) 사이에 끼워져서 일체화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복공판 일체형 합성거더가 제공된다. 또한 본 발명에서는 이러한 복공판 일체형 합성거더를 이용하여 가설교량을 시공하게 되는 "가설교량 시공방법", 그리고 이러한 시공방법에 의해 시공된 "가설교량"이 제공된다.
