According to the present invention, after a heat treatment film is formed on a surface of polyurethane foam, polyurethane is coated on the film to be hardened and dried. The film is manufactured at low costs, and further, productivity is increased through automation. More specifically, according to the present invention, a pad mounted by being inserted between guides of a window frame is made of polypropylene (PP) or ethylene propylene rubber (EPDM) to easily manufacture a desired shape to be conveniently used. Moreover, even though the pad is exposed to the outside, durability against an outdoor environment is increased for the pad to be used for a long period of time. In addition, according to the present invention, a protrusion is individually formed at both sides of the pad to be inserted between the guides to be fixated or mounted in a window frame with a double-sided tape for construction. Therefore, anyone can easily and conveniently mount the protrusion to be used.
본 발명은 폴리우레탄 폼 표면에 열처리 피막을 형성한 다음, 그 위에 폴리우레탄을 코팅하여 경화 건조함으로써, 저렴하게 제작할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 자동화를 통해 생산성을 높일 수 있다. 특히, 본 발명은 창호 틀의 가이드 사이에 삽입하여 장착하는 패드로 폴리프로필렌(PP)이나 에틸렌프로필렌고무(EPDM)를 이용하므로, 원하는 형상을 쉽게 제작하여 편리하게 사용할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 실외에 노출되더라도 외부 환경에 대한 내구성을 높여 오랫동안 사용할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명은 패드의 양쪽에 각각 돌기를 형성하여 가이드 사이에 끼이게 하여 고정하거나 양면테이프로 창호 짝에 장착하여 시공할 수 있게 구성하므로, 누구든지 쉽고 편리하게 원하는 위치에 장착하여 사용할 수 있다.
