The present invention relates to a binder for non-cement color concrete using activated slag, and concrete manufactured by using the same. In the binder for color concrete comprising a binder for non-cement concrete and a pigment, the binder for non-cement concrete comprises blast furnace slag fine powder, a gypsum-based activator, and an alkali-based activator. Compared with conventional white cement, CaO content is low, and thus a whitening phenomenon occurring after construction is reduced, thereby obtaining color cement of excellent quality.

본 발명은 활성화슬래그를 활용한 무시멘트 컬러콘크리트용 바인더 및 이를 이용해 제조되는 콘크리트에 관한 것으로서, 무시멘트 콘크리트용 바인더 및 안료를 포함하는 컬러콘크리트용 바인더에 있어서, 상기 무시멘트 콘크리트용 바인더는, 고로슬래그미분말, 석고계 활성화제 및 알칼리계 활성화제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 활성화슬래그를 활용한 무시멘트 컬러콘크리트용 바인더 및 이를 이용해 제조되는 콘크리트를 제공할 수 있다.
