THERMAL INSULATION MATERIAL FOR CONSTRUCTION AND FLOOR CONSTRUCTION STRUCTURE OF BUILDING COMPRISING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a thermal insulation material for construction and a floor construction structure of a building comprising the same. The thermal insulation material for construction comprises a flame retardant polyvinyl alcohol-based foam, wherein the flame retardant polyvinyl alcohol-based foam comprises a water-insoluble polyvinyl alcohol-based foam and a fatty acid ester salt. In addition, the water-insoluble polyvinyl alcohol-based foam is a reformer of polyvinyl alcohol produced by a dehydration condensation reaction between the polyvinyl alcohol and a methylene bridge inducing agent and has a sponge structure with multiple pores. The fatty acid ester salt is dispersed inside the water-insoluble polyvinyl alcohol-based foam and/or coated on a surface thereof. The thermal insulation material for construction has excellent heat insulation and excellent flame retardancy.
본 발명은 건축용 단열재 및 이를 포함하는 건축물의 바닥 시공구조를 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 건축용 단열재는 난연성 폴리비닐알코올계 폼을 포함하되, 상기 난연성 폴리비닐알코올계 폼은 불수용성의 폴리비닐알코올계 폼과 지방산 에스테르염을 포함한다. 상기 불수용성의 폴리비닐알코올계 폼은 폴리비닐알코올과 메틸렌 다리 유도제의 탈수 축합반응에 의해 생성된 폴리비닐알코올의 개질체로서, 이는 다수의 포어를 가지는 스폰지 구조를 갖는다. 상기 지방산 에스테르염은 불수용성의 폴리비닐알코올계 폼의 내부에 분산 및/또는 표면에 코팅된다. 본 발명에 건축용 단열재는, 높은 단열성과 함께 우수한 난연성을 갖는다.
