CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR COAL SHED USING FOUNDATION MEMBER
The present invention relates to a method for constructing a wall structure having a central partition (10) installed at a center in a longitudinal direction and lateral partitions (20) installed at both sides of the central partition in a lateral direction, the method comprising the steps of: preparing a plurality of unit members (100) formed to have a longer length than a width and a height, and provided with a guide hole (101) in a vertical direction, and a sheath (1) installed in the vertical direction, the unit member manufactured by a precast method; manufacturing a plurality of foundation members (300) by the precast method to support the unit members (100) and a foundation concrete placing region (302) in a core portion; forming a foundation structure (30) along a lower region to which the central partition (10) and the lateral partition (20) are installed, by assembling the foundation members (300); layering the unit members (100) on the foundation structure (30) in such a way that a guide rod (301) embedded in a lower end of the foundation structure penetrates the guide hole (101), thereby forming the central partition (10) and the lateral partition (20), and then placing a filler in the guide hole (101); and installing a tendon (2) to a base sheath (1a) embedded to the foundation structure (30) and the sheath (1) of the layered unit members (100) and then tensioning the tendon. Therefore, the construction is safe and a construction period is shortened.
본 발명은 전후방향을 따라 길게 설치되는 중앙격벽(10)과, 상기 중앙격벽(10)의 양측에 측방향을 따라 설치되는 측방격벽(20)을 구비한 벽체 구조물의 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 폭과 높이에 비해 길이가 길게 형성되고, 상하방향을 따라 가이드공(101)이 형성되고, 상하방향을 따라 쉬스(1)가 설치되고, 프리캐스트 방식에 의해 제조된 복수의 단위부재(100)를 준비하는 단위부재 준비단계; 상기 단위부재(100)를 지지함과 아울러, 심부에 기초콘크리트 타설영역(302)이 형성되도록 프리캐스트 방식에 의해 복수의 기초부재(300)를 제조하는 기초부재 준비단계; 상기 중앙격벽(10) 및 측방격벽(20)이 설치될 하부 영역을 따라, 상기 기초부재(300)의 조립에 의해 기초구조물(30)을 형성하는 기초구조물 형성단계; 상기 기초구조물(30)에 하단이 매설된 가이드봉(301)에 상기 가이드공(101)이 관통하도록, 상기 기초구조물(30)의 상부에 상기 복수의 단위부재(100)를 적층하여 설치하여 상기 중앙격벽(10) 및 측방격벽(20)을 형성하고, 상기 가이드공(101)에 충전재를 타설하는 격벽 형성단계; 상기 기초구조물(30)에 매설된 기초 쉬스(1a) 및 적층된 상기 복수의 단위부재(100)의 쉬스(1)에 텐던(2)을 설치하고 긴장하여 정착하는 긴장정착단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기초부재를 이용한 벽체 구조물의 시공방법을 제시함으로써, 시공이 안전하고, 공사기간을 단축할 수 있도록 한다.
