The present invention relates to a window frame elevation dividing bar set for easy installation and adjustment of a location and a divided window manufactured from the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to a window frame dividing bar set, which includes: A) a window frame elevation division bar (100) having one or more insertion grooves (130) in which a glass plate may be inserted on an upper surface (110), a lower surface (120) or both of the surfaces, and an inner hole (160), through which a bracket may be inserted into and coupled to opposite side surfaces (140, 150); and B) a non-exposure type bracket (200) which has a stapler-shaped coupling part (210) inserted into one side surface of the inner hole (160), and a support part (220) which may be slid and mounted in an insertion groove (130′) in a flat long bar shape and is jointed to an intermediate part (221) as the outer surface of the coupling part (210) is perpendicular to the non-exposure type bracket (200). According to the present invention, provided is an elevation division window, which may be immediately cut and assembled in the field, may be conveniently and simply finished through a coupling method using an unexposed bracket, has low manufacturing costs and a high insulation performance, and has an excellent anti-wind/pressure performance as compared with an elevation division window using an aluminum structure bar.
본 발명은 설치가 용이하고 위치 조절이 가능한 창호 프레임 입면 분할 바 세트 및 이로부터 제조된 분할 창호에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 A) 상부면(110), 하부면(120) 또는 양면 모두에 유리판을 끼울 수 있는 하나 이상의 끼움홈(130)과, 양쪽 측면(140, 150)에 브라켓이 끼워져 결합할 수 있는 내부홀(160)을 가진 창호 프레임 입면 분할 바(100); 및 B) 상기 내부홀(160)의 일측면에 끼워지는 ㄷ자 형태의 결합부(210)와, 납작한 긴 막대 모양으로 끼움홈(130')에 슬라이딩 장착 가능하고 중간부(221)에 상기 결합부(210)의 외측면이 직교하여 접합되는 지지부(220),를 가진 비노출형 브라켓(200);을 포함하는 창호 프레임 입면 분할 바 세트 및 이를 포함하는 창문 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 현장에서 바로 재단 및 조립이 가능하고, 비노출형 브라켓을 이용한 체결방식으로 간편하고 마감이 깔끔하며, 또한 알루미늄 구조 바와 비교할 수 없는 낮은 단가와 단열성을 가지고, 내풍압성능이 뛰어난 창호 프레임 입면 분할 바 세트 및 이로부터 제조된 분할 창호를 제공하는 효과가 있다.

The present invention relates to a window frame elevation dividing bar set for easy installation and adjustment of a location and a divided window manufactured from the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to a window frame dividing bar set, which includes: A) a window frame elevation division bar (100) having one or more insertion grooves (130) in which a glass plate may be inserted on an upper surface (110), a lower surface (120) or both of the surfaces, and an inner hole (160), through which a bracket may be inserted into and coupled to opposite side surfaces (140, 150); and B) a non-exposure type bracket (200) which has a stapler-shaped coupling part (210) inserted into one side surface of the inner hole (160), and a support part (220) which may be slid and mounted in an insertion groove (130′) in a flat long bar shape and is jointed to an intermediate part (221) as the outer surface of the coupling part (210) is perpendicular to the non-exposure type bracket (200).
