CONCRETE FORM FIXING UNIT CONNECTED TO FORM TIE
The present invention relates to a mold holder connected to a form tie. The mold holder connected to a form tie includes: a cylindrical main body (10) arranged to protrude outwardly after passing through an outer mold; and a corn support part (20) formed at an end portion of the main body in such a way that a diameter gets larger, arranged on an inner face of the outer mold, and combined with a Sepa-tie to support the outer mold. An inner end portion of the mold holder is expanded in radius to come into contact with the inner surface of the outer mold so that an interval between the inner and outer molds can be maintained stably and sufficient bearing power with respect to transformation in an outward direction of the outer mold can be provided by lateral pressure of concrete poured between the molds. Especially, the mold holder can prevent projection of a concrete side wall caused by deformation due to an unstable support of the outer mold, and allow a worker to effectively perform molding work since the worker can remove a wedge pin and remove the holder and the end portion of the form tie by hitting the holder after curing the concrete.
본 발명은 폼타이에 결합되는 거푸집 고정구에 관한 것으로, 원기둥형태로 외측 거푸집을 관통하여 외부로 돌출되게 배치되는 본체(10)와, 상기 본체의 일측 단부에 직경이 확대되게 형성되어 외측 거푸집의 내측면에 배치되어 외측 거푸집을 지지하도록 세파타이와 결합되는 콘지지부(20)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하여 구성됨으로써, 거푸집 고정구의 내측 단부는 반경이 확대되어 외측 거푸집의 내측면에 접촉 배치됨으로써 내외측 거푸집들 사이의 간격이 안정되게 유지되고, 거푸집들 사이에 타설되는 콘크리트의 측압에 의한 외측 거푸집의 외측방향으로의 변형에 대하여 충분한 지지력을 제공할 수 있어서, 특히 외부 거푸집이 안정되게 지지되지 못함에 의한 변형으로 인하여 발생되는 콘크리트 측벽의 배부름 현상이 간편하게 방지할 수 있고, 콘크리트 양생후 웨지핀을 제거한 다음에 고정구에 타격을 가하여 폼타이 단부와 함께 고정구를 제거할 수 있게 되어 거푸집 작업을 보다 효율적으로 수행할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
