FORM SYSTEM AND FRAME CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING THESAME

The present invention relates to a mold system and a method for constructing a framework using the same. The system comprises: a fixing means which is for fixing a wall mold module, and includes a wall part formed by one or a combination of at least one width fixed panel and a width variable panel, a spacer having screws processed at both ends of a wall mold module which includes a working foot plate on the upper part of the wall part and having a length corresponding to the thickness of a wall, a nut fastened to both ends of the spacer, a tap rod having one end fastened to the nut and the other end fastened to a butterfly nut, and an anchor reinforcing bar formed on the lower part of the spacer; and a slab mold module which includes a bracket for installing an L-shaped slab mold which is fixed to wall concrete, a truss installed on the bracket, a support fixed to the truss, a furring strip fixed to the support, and a panel fixed on a lattice formed by the support and the furring strip. Mold installation work is easy, a mold used in a lower layer can be easily moved to an upper layer, and a slab mold can be modularized and installed conveniently.

본 발명은 거푸집 시스템 및 그를 이용한 골조 구축 방법에 관한 것으로, 적어도 하나 이상의 폭 고정형 판넬 및 폭 가변형 판넬 중 어느 하나 또는 그들의 조합에 의해 구성된 벽체부와 상기 벽체부의 상부에 마련된 작업 발판을 포함하는 벽체 거푸집 모듈 양단에 나사가 가공되어 있고 벽체의 두께에 대응하는 길이를 갖는 간격재와, 간격재의 양단에체결된 너트와, 일단은 상기 너트와 체결되고 타단은 나비 너트와 체결되는 탭봉 및 상기 간격재의 하부에 형성된 앵커 철근을 포함하는 상기 벽체 거푸집 모듈을 고정하기 위한 고정수단 및 벽체 콘크리트에 고정되는 'ㄱ'자 형상의 슬래브 거푸집 설치용 브래킷과, 상기 브래킷 상에 설치되는 트러스와, 상기 트러스에 고정되는 지지대와, 상기 지지대에 고정되는 띠장 및 상기 지지대와 띠장에 의해 형성된 격자 상에 고정되는 판넬을 포함하는 슬래브 거푸집 모듈을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하며, 거푸집 설치 작업이 용이하고, 하층에서 사용한 거푸집을 용이하게 상층으로 이동시킬 수 있으며, 슬래브 거푸집를 모듈화시켜 간편하게 설치할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
