Paving method using fiber reinforced multi-layer mat with crack control and self-adhesive property and reflection crack resistant low noise highly durable asphalt mixture
Provided are a road pavement method and a road pavement repairing method using economical and eco-friendly asphalt additives, which constrains reflection cracking, reduces noise and increases durability of a road, and a fiber reinforced multi-layer mat with crack control and self-adhesive properties. Inventors of the present invention have invented the road pavement method and the road pavement repairing method, which can constrain reflection cracking, provide excellent physical properties and are easy to construct, using plant type asphalt additives in which vegetable oil, naphthene-based oil, mineral oil, synthetic rubber and organic vulcanization accelerator are mixed, and a fiber reinforced multi-layer mat with crack control and self-adhesive properties, which consists of a releasable film layer, a CR rubber modified asphalt layer with adhesive power, a synthetic rubber modified asphalt layer, a fiber reinforced layer, and a silica layer.
과제: 반사균열을 억제하고 소음을 저감하며, 도로의 내구성을 증강하며, 경제적이고 친환경적인 아스팔트 첨가재와 균열억제 및 자착 기능을 갖는 다층구조의 섬유보강매트를 이용하여 도로포장방법 및 도로포장 보수방법을 제공하려는 것. 해결수단: 본 발명자들은 식물성 오일, 나프텐계 오일, 광물성 섬유, 합성고무 및 유기 가황촉진제를 혼합한 플랜트형 아스팔트 첨가재와 이형필름층과 점착력을 가진 CR 고무 개질아스팔트층과, 합성고무 개질아스팔트층과 섬유 보강재층과 규사층으로 이루어진 균열억제 및 자착 기능을 갖는 다층구조의 섬유보강매트를 이용하여 반사균열이 억제되고 물성이 우수하며 시공이 간편한 도로포장방법 및 도로포장 보수방법을 발명하였다.
