Spreading Apparatus for Pothole and Pothole Processing Method Using Thereof

The present invention relates to a pothole-only spreading apparatus to restore a portion in which a pothole occurs and a pothole processing method using the same. According to the present invention, the pothole-only spreading apparatus comprises: a screen output unit to output the image of a pothole formed on a road on a screen; an operator input unit to check one or more key inputs for controlling the pothole-only spreading apparatus which injects ascon in the pothole formed on a rod to perform repair; a camera unit photographing the pothole to acquire image or video data; a brush unit to clean the pothole and the periphery thereof; a cutting unit to cut the road in a rectangular parallelepiped shape including the pothole; a storage unit to store the ascon for filling the pothole; a spreading unit to spread the ascon stored in the storage unit on the road cut in the rectangular parallelepiped including the pothole; a roller unit to flatten the ascon spread on the road; and a control unit performing control for photographing the pothole formed on the road, cutting the road, and spreading the ascon.

본 발명은 포트홀 전용 포설기와 이를 이용한 포트홀 처리 방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 포트홀 전용 포설기는, 도로 위의 포트홀을 촬영한 영상을 화면으로 출력하는 화면 출력부와, 상기 도로 상의 포트홀에 아스콘을 주입하여 보수하기 위해 상기 포트홀 전용 포설기를 제어하기 위한 하나 이상의 키 입력을 확인하는 운용자 입력부와, 상기 포트홀을 촬영하여 획득한 화상 데이터 또는 영상 데이터를 획득하는 카메라부와, 상기 포트홀 및 그 주위를 청소하는 브러쉬부와, 포트홀을 포함하도록 직육면체 형태로 도로를 절삭하는 절삭부와, 포트홀을 메우기 위한 아스콘을 저장하고 있는 보관부와, 보관부에 저장되는 아스콘을 상기 포트홀을 포함하도록 직육면체 형태로 절삭된 도로에 포설하는 포설부와, 도로에 포설된 아스콘을 평탄하게 다지는 롤러부 및 상기 도로 위의 포트홀을 촬영하고 절삭하여 아스콘을 포설하도록 제어하는 구비한다.
