The present invention relates to a lattice reinforcement rebar assembly-corrugated plate composite deck having a camber matching structure by a camber adjustment coupling member, capable of stably maintaining an original designed shape and linear shape, and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the composite deck has a configuration, wherein a camber adjustment coupling member is previously assembled to a plurality of positions in a horizontal direction including both longitudinal end parts when manufacturing a lattice reinforcement rebar assembly, and the camber adjustment coupling member disposed on a longitudinal middle point of the lattice reinforcement rebar assembly is coupled and fixed to a middle part of a corrugated plate when disposing the lattice reinforcement rebar assembly in a recessed part, such that an upward camber of the corrugated plate is automatically adjusted to be fit to an upward camber of the lattice reinforcement rebar assembly when the lattice reinforcement rebar assembly and the corrugated plate are integrally coupled to each other even if the upward camber of the corrugated plate is different from the upward camber of the lattice reinforcement rebar assembly.
본 발명은 래티스 보강철근 조립체를 제작할 때, 종방향의 양단부를 포함하는 종방향의 복수개 지점에 캠버 조정 결합재를 미리 조립 구비하여두고, 래티스 보강철근 조립체를 오목부 내에 배치할 때, 래티스 보강철근 조립체의 종방향 중간 지점에 구비된 캠버 조정 결합재를 파형 플레이트의 중간부와 결합 고정시킴으로써, 래티스 보강철근 조립체와 파형 플레이트를 일체로 결합하여 합성데크를 구축할 때, 파형 플레이트가 가지고 있는 상향 캠버와 래티스 보강철근 조립체가 가지고 있는 상향 캠버가 서로 상이하더라도, 래티스 보강철근 조립체와 파형 플레이트를 일체로 결합하는 과정에서 파형 플레이트의 상향 캠버가 래티스 보강철근 조립체의 상향 캠버에 맞추어지도록 자동적으로 조정되는 구성을 가지는 합성데크와, 이를 제작하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
