The present invention relates to an apparatus for opening and closing a lid door for a vacuum chamber, which automatizes an operation of opening and closing the lid door by using a servo motor and reinforces a vacuum maintenance function of the vacuum chamber. According to the present invention, the apparatus for opening and closing the lid door for a vacuum chamber, which opens and closes the lid door of the vacuum chamber, includes: an opening and closing rod coupled to one side of an upper surface of the lid door; a gear box rotatively driving the opening and closing rod; and a motor unit coupled to the gear box and providing driving power of the gear box.
본 발명은 서보 모터를 이용하여 리드 도어 개폐 동작을 자동화하고 진공 챔버의 진공 유지 기능을 강화할 수 있는 진공 챔버용 리드 도어 개폐 장치에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 진공 챔버 리드 도어 개폐 장치는, 진공 챔버의 리드 도어를 개폐하는 리드 도어 개폐 장치에 있어서, 상기 리드 도어의 상면 일측에 결합되는 개폐 로드; 상기 개폐 로드를 회전 구동하는 기어 박스; 상기 기어 박스에 결합되어 상기 기어 박스의 구동 동력을 제공하는 모터부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
