The present invention relates to an injection faucet lock and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein at least one channel comprising a straight line is integrally formed in a main body to have a certain depth from the outside to the inside of the main body so that a stepped pulley of the same diameter or inwardly reduced diameter can be formed. Moreover, at least one inlet and outlet are connected to the channels in the same direction or the alternate direction, wherein the channels is located in the parallel or the crossing direction to be connected to each other by an opening and closing plate provided with at least one through hole. In addition, at least one of the channels has a cap blocked from the outside. Therefore, a faucet lock is manufactured by injection.
본 발명은 동일한 직경 또는 내부를 향하여 축소되는 직경의 단차를 형성하도록 몸체의 내측에 하나 이상이면서 직선으로 이루어진 관로가 몸체의 외부에서 내부를 향하여 일정깊이를 갖도록 일체로 형성되고, 상기 관로에는 동일 또는 교차하는 방향으로 하나 이상의 유입구 및 유출구가 각각 연결되며, 상기 관로는 평행 또는 교차하는 방향에 위치하여 하나 이상의 관통공을 갖는 개폐판에 의해 서로 연결되고, 상기 관로 중 적어도 하나는 외부와 차단되는 캡이 더 구비되는 구성으로 사출에 의해 수전금구를 제작토록 하는 수전금구 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
