The present invention relates to a blind safety strap which is capable of solving the problem of the existing roll screen that its strap′s tensile force is very great, so when children put the strap around their neck by mistake, the strap is not cut by the weight of the children, causing an accident such as hanging oneself. That is, according to the present invention, the blind safety strap comprises: a strap unit (100) which forms a certain length of strap for operating a blind; operation balls (101) placed on the strap unit (100) at regular intervals to rotate and operate the blind; and a load separation engagement unit (200) which is separated when a load equal to or higher than a blind operation load works in between both ends of the strap unit (100). The load separation engagement unit (200) comprises: engagement wedges (102) which allow the execution of load separation and engagement of both ends of the strap unit (100) with both ends of the strap unit (100); and a safety engagement unit (210) which allows the execution of load separation and engagement on the engagement wedges (102) on both ends of the strap unit (100) with the part between the engagement wedges (102). Accordingly, the present invention is capable of, when a user applies a load other than an operation of the blind to the strap, separating the strap around the load separation and engagement unit (200) and preventing an accident such as hanging oneself.
본 발명은 상기한 바와 같은 종래의 롤스크린이 조작줄의 인장력이 매우 높아 어린아이들이 실수로 목에 조작줄이 감기되면, 조작줄이 어린이의 몸무게에 의해 끊어지지 않아 목메임 사고가 발생하는 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 블라인드 안전 조작줄에 있어서, 블라인드의 조작을 위한 일정길이의 줄을 형성하는 줄부(100), 상기 줄부(100)에 등간격으로 구비되어 블라인드를 회동조작시키는 조작볼(101), 줄부(100)의 양단 사이에 블라인드 조작하중 이상의 하중이 작용시 분리되는 하중분리결속부(200)으로 구성되고, 상기 하중분리결속부(200)는 줄부(100)의 양단에 줄부(100)의 양단을 하중분리 결속할 수 있게 한 결속쐐기(102), 상기 결속쐐기(102) 사이에 줄부(100) 양단의 결속쐐기(102)를 하중분리 결속시키는 안전결속구(210)로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다. 따라서, 사용자가 블라인드의 조작 이외의 하중이 조작줄에 작용 될 경우 조작줄이 하중분리결속부(200)를 중심으로 분리되어 목 메임 사고와 같은 안전사고를 방지되는 효과를 갖는 것이다.
