CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR WALL AND SLAB TYPE STRUCTURED BUILDING
The present invention relates to a frame construction method for a wall type structure building. The frame construction method for a wall type structure building miniaturizes the size of construction by dividing a plane of a single floor into two or more zones (sections) and enables the construction of the each zone (section) to be rapidly performed. Two building complexes are divided into four zones, and the improved frame construction method is performed in the each zone to have one day of difference so that a frame of a single floor can be completed in a cycle of four days. According to the present invention, the frame construction method for a wall type structure building includes: (a) a step of miniaturizing a concrete placing area by dividing the plane of the single building complex of a wall type structure building into two or three construction areas; (b) a step of setting a range of the number of construction materials necessary for the construction of a frame in the single floor, on the divided construction area; (c) a step of calculating the number and the amount of the construction materials on the construction area in accordance with an actual floor plan; (d) a step of calculating the number of workers necessary to install the calculated number and amount of the construction materials; and (e) a step of determining whether to construct the single floor for four days, in work time per a floor by calculated data.
본 발명은 1개층의 평면을 2개 이상의 존(구역)으로 분할하여 공사규모를 작게 소형화함으로써 각 존(구역)의 공사가 빠르게 진행될 수 있도록 하고 2개동을 4개 존으로 분할하고 존을 1일 차이로 진행하여 4일 싸이클에 1개층 골조를 완성하도록 개선된 벽식 구조 건축물의 골조공사 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 벽식 구조 건축물의 골조공사 방법에 있어서, (a) 상기 벽식 구조 건축물 1개동의 평면을 2개 또는 3개의 공사구역으로 분할하여 콘크리트 타설 구역을 소형화하는 단계와; (b) 분할된 상기 공사구역에 대하여 1개층의 상기 골조공사 시공에 들어가는 건축재료의 수량의 범위를 설정하는 단계와; (c) 상기 공사구역에 대하여 실제 도면대로 시공 수량 또는 물량을 산출하는 단계와; (d) 산출된 수량 또는 물량을 설치하는데 필요한 작업자의 인원수를 산출하는 단계와; (e) 상기 산출된 데이터가 상기 층당 작업시간이 4일만에 1개층을 시공할 수 있는지 판단하는 단계;를 포함하는 벽식 구조 건축물의 골조공사 방법을 제공한다.
