The present invention relates to a curbstone and a molding apparatus thereof. According to the present invention, the curbstone is molded through a dry method which inputs aggregates in a mold by a three-stage of base, middle, and finishing layers, or a two-stage of base and finishing layers, and simultaneously presses and vibrates the aggregates, and a space to input the aggregates of the finishing layer is formed on the front surface side of the base and middle layers, or the base layer such that three-stage and two-stage moldings are realized simultaneously, a molding time is reduced, and binding force among the aggregates is reinforced. To this end, the molding apparatus comprises a mole to mold a curbstone and a pressing plate. A front surface holding device is disposed on one side portion corresponding to the front surface of the curbstone in the mold. When the inside of the mold is sequentially filled with the aggregates of the base layer, or the aggregates of the base and middle layers, the front surface holding device is separated from the mold. When the aggregates of the finishing layer are filled in the mold, a space formed by the front surface holding device is also filled with the aggregates. The pressing plate is provided to be lifted on the top of the mold. Vibration is applied to the mold while the pressing plate is lowered such that the aggregates of the base and finishing layers, or the aggregates of the base, middle, and finishing layers are simultaneously vibrated and pressed.
본 발명은 형틀 내부에 기초층과 중간층 및 미장층의 3단으로 골재를 투입하거나 또는 기초층과 미장층의 2단으로 골재를 투입한 뒤 동시에 누르면서 진동을 가해 건식공법으로 성형하되 기초층과 중간층 또는 기초층의 정면 쪽으로 미장층의 골재가 투입될 수 있는 공간을 확보함으로써, 3단 또는 2단 동시성형이 가능하고 또한 성형시간이 단축되며 골재들의 결속력이 강화되는 도로용 경계석 및 이의 성형장치에 관한 것이다. 이를 위하여 본 발명은 경계석을 성형하기 위한 형틀이 구비되고; 상기 형틀의 내부에는 상기 경계석의 정면에 해당되는 한쪽 부분에 정면유지구가 구비되는데, 상기 형틀 내부에 기초층의 골재 또는 기초층의 골재 및 중간층의 골재가 순차적으로 채워지면 상기 정면유지구는 상기 형틀에서 분리되고; 상기 형틀 내부에 미장층의 골재가 채워지는 과정에서 상기 정면유지구로 만들어지는 공간에도 채워지며; 상기 형틀의 위쪽에서 승강되는 누름판이 구비되는데, 상기 누름판이 하강되는 동안 상기 형틀에 진동이 가해져서 상기 기초층과 미장층의 골재 또는 기초층과 중간층 및 미장층의 골재가 동시에 진동 가압되도록 한 특징이 있다.

본 발명은 형틀 내부에 기초층과 중간층 및 미장층의 3단으로 골재를 투입하거나 또는 기초층과 미장층의 2단으로 골재를 투입한 뒤 동시에 누르면서 진동을 가해 건식공법으로 성형하되 기초층과 중간층 또는 기초층의 정면 쪽으로 미장층의 골재가 투입될 수 있는 공간을 확보함으로써, 3단 또는 2단 동시성형이 가능하고 또한 성형시간이 단축되며 골재들의 결속력이 강화되는 도로용 경계석 및 이의 성형장치에 관한 것이다. 이를 위하여 본 발명은 경계석을 성형하기 위한 형틀이 구비되고; 상기 형틀의 내부에는 상기 경계석의 정면에 해당되는 한쪽 부분에 정면유지구가 구비되는데, 상기 형틀 내부에 기초층의 골재 또는 기초층의 골재 및 중간층의 골재가 순차적으로 채워지면 상기 정면유지구는 상기 형틀에서 분리되고; 상기 형틀 내부에 미장층의 골재가 채워지는 과정에서 상기 정면유지구로 만들어지는 공간에도 채워지며; 상기 형틀의 위쪽에서 승강되는 누름판이 구비되는데, 상기 누름판이 하강되는 동안 상기 형틀에 진동이 가해져서 상기 기초층과 미장층의 골재 또는 기초층과 중간층 및 미장층의 골재가 동시에 진동 가압되도록 한 특징이 있다.
