Disclosed is a prefabricated post for traffic signs, capable of being easily installed, disassembled, replaced, and rotated while being substantial since the post for traffic signs is prefabricated. The prefabricated post for traffic signs includes: a lower post installed on the ground; lower connection pipes inserted into the lower post and a main post, respectively; the main post inserted into the lower connection pipes to be combined with the lower post; upper connection pipes inserted into the main post and an upper post, respectively; and the upper post inserted into the upper connection pipes to be combined with the main post. A plurality of keys for rotation prevention and position determination are formed inside the lower post, the main post and the upper post, and a plurality of key grooves corresponding in shape to the keys for rotation prevention and position determination are formed outside the lower connection pipes and the upper connection pipes. Therefore, the main post and the lower post are slidingly combined through the lower connection pipes, and the main post and the upper post are slingingly combined through the upper connection pipes.
