The present invention relates to a chain cover of a winding device for a blind. More specifically, the chain cover of the winding device for a blind enables a ball chain including a chain connector to be simply assembled to a driving body to prevent an accident due to strangling an infant, in advance. The chain cover of the winding device for a blind can improve use convenience in accordance with soft operation by expanding the size of the winding device by circular forming of the chain cover. According to the present invention, the winding device (100) comprises: the ball chain (110) integrally formed with a ball (112) continuously arranged on a rope (111) at fixed intervals; a clutch (120) in which one side is inserted into an insertion unit (21) formed in a finishing bracket (20) and the other side has a spring support shaft (122) and a coupling shaft (123) having a drum fixing protrusion (124); a drum rotation preventing spring (130) assembled to the spring support shaft (122) of the clutch (120); a driving wheel (150) assembled to the spring support shaft (122) of the clutch (120); the chain cover (140) installed in the circumference of the driving wheel (150); and a drum insertion body (160) pressing an end of the drum rotation preventing spring (130) as a spring hanging unit (162) protrudes from the inner surface.
본 발명은 블라인드용 권취장치의 체인커버에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 유아의 목졸림에 따른 안전사고를 미연에 방지할 수 있도록 체인연결구가 포함된 볼체인을 구동체에 간편하게 조립되게 하면서 상기 체인커버의 원형 성형으로 권취장치의 크기를 확장시켜 보다 부드러운 작동에 따른 사용 편의성을 향상시킬 수 있도록 발명한 것이다. 본 발명의 구성은, 로프(111)에 일정간격을 두고 연속해 볼(112)이 배치되어 일체 형성한 볼체인(110)과; 마감브라켓(20)에 형성된 삽입부(21)에 일측이 끼워져 고정되고, 타측에 스프링지지축(122)과 드럼고정돌기(124)가 구비된 결속축(123)이 형성된 클러치(120)와; 상기 클러치(120)의 스프링지지축(122)에 조립되는 드럼회전방지스프링(130)과; 일측의 체인조립부(155)에 볼체인(110)이 배치되면서 상기 볼체인(110)에 의해 회전되며, 내부면에 돌출 형성된 스프링회전부(151)에 드럼회전방지스프링(130)의 양측단부가 걸리도록 클러치(120)의 스프링지지축(122)에 조립되는 구동휠(150)과; 상기 구동휠(150)의 둘레에 배치되면서 볼체인(110)의 이탈을 방지하는 체인커버(140)와; 체인커버(140)에 받침판(161)이 회전가능하게 지지되면서 구동휠(150)과 마주하는 내측면에 스프림걸림부(162)가 돌출 형성되어 상기 드럼회전방지스프링(130)의 단부를 가압하고, 받침판(161)의 일측에 돌출된 드럼끼움부(163)가 드럼(40)에 삽입됨과 더불어 클러치결속홀(164)에 상기 클러치(120)의 결속축(123)이 결합되는 드럼삽입체(160)로 구성된 권취장치(100)에 있어서; 상기 구동휠(150)의 체인조립부(155)에는, 볼체인(110)의 로프(111)에 배치된 2개 및 3개의 볼(112)이 하나의 수납격실(S1)에 끼워지도록 등간격을 두고 수납벽체(156)가 돌출 형성되어 달성한다. 또, 체인커버(140)의 조립구멍이 형성된 내측벽에는 조립구멍의 외측 둘레를 따라서 끼움돌기(141)가 돌출 형성되고, 상기 체인커버(140)의 내측벽에 접촉되는 구동휠(150)의 측벽에는 상기 끼움돌기(141)에 대응해 끼움홈(152)이 형성되어, 상기 끼움돌기(141)와 끼움홈(152)이 요철 결합되면서 구동휠(150)의 회전이동을 가이드한다.
