The present invention relates to a hazardous and harmful substance removal apparatus, a manufacturing method thereof, and a removal method of a hazardous and harmful substance and, more specifically, to a hazardous and harmful substance removal apparatus, a manufacturing method thereof, and a removal method of a hazardous and harmful substance, wherein the hazardous and harmful substance removal apparatus comprises: a predetermined shape of case with an empty inner portion; and a hazardous and harmful material removal means (200) stored in the case (100). The case (100) comprises an upper case (110) and a lower case (120).
