Hollow steel pipe unit for concrete structures
The present invention relates to a hollow steel pipe unit for concrete structures. The present invention includes: an upper steel pipe forming the upper part of the hollow steel pipe unit having a diameter of no less than 75 mm, and comprising an upper part having a front end forming a sharp cross section, at least one or a plurality of first beading parts formed at a predetermined distance into a helical shape along the outer and inner circumference surfaces, and a first lock seam part forming the lower circumferential surface of the upper steel pipe and connected to a connection steel pipe; a lower steel pipe forming the lower part of the hollow steel pipe unit, and comprising a lower part, third beading parts, and a third lock seam part, which are the same in shape as the upper part, the first beading parts, and the first lock seam part; the connection steel pipe connected to the upper and lower steel pipes, and including a second lock seam part having end surfaces of the first and third lock seam parts inserted thereinto to be connected; and a protecting cap attached to both the outer and inner surfaces of the upper and lower parts, and including a cap flange part formed to surround the sharp cross section. Therefore, the present invention is capable of securing constructability and economic feasibility.
본 발명은 콘크리트 구조물용 중공강관 배관유닛에 관한 것으로, 직경 75mm 이상으로 이루어지는 중공강관 배관유닛의 상부를 이루며, 선단부측이 날카로운 단면을 형성하는 상단부와, 적어도 1개 이상 구성되되 소정 간격 이격되게 다수개로 구성되며, 외주 및 내주면을 따라 나선형으로 형성되는 제1비딩부와, 상부강관의 하부 원주면을 이루며 연결강관과 연결이 이루어지는 제1락심부로 구성된 상부강관; 상기 중공강관 배관유닛의 하부를 이루며, 상기 상단부, 제1비딩부 및 제1락심부와 동일한 형태를 이루는 하단부, 제3비딩부 및 제3락심부로 구성된 하단강관; 상기 상부 및 하단강관과 접합에 의해 연결되며, 상기 제1 및 제3락심부의 단부면이 삽입되면서 접합이 이루어지는 제2락심부를 포함하는 연결강관; 및 상기 상단부 및 하단부의 외면 및 내면에 모두 밀착 구성되며, 상기 날카로운 단면이 감싸지도록 구성되는 캡 플랜지부가 형성된 보호캡;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a hollow steel pipe unit for concrete structures.
