The present invention relates to a culvert drainage pipe laying machine attached to a tractor. Provided in an aspect of the present invention is a culvert drainage pipe laying machine attached to a tractor, comprising: a mainframe which includes at least one wheel disposed to be drivable, and which is disposed to be detachably mounted on a tractor; a support frame rotatably mounted on the mainframe, and disposed to be stood or positioned flat on the main frame; a roller mounted on the support frame, and provided such that a culvert drainage pipe may be wound therearound; a first driving unit to rotate the support frame with respect to the mainframe; a digging unit arranged at the front of the support frame; a second driving unit to elevate the digging unit; a storage tank disposed such that contents may be discharged through a lower portion of the mainframe; and a guide unit provided at the rear of the digging unit to guide the culvert drainage pipe as it unwinds from the roller unit to a burying position.
