METHOD FOR DENSIFYING PLANAR PREFORMS FOR CARBON COMPOSITES
Disclosed is a flat type carbon composite material preform densification method using a thermal gradient chemical vapor infiltration method. The flat type carbon composite material preform densification method includes: a step of preparing a flat type carbon composite material preform; a step of forming a heater penetration hole penetrating in the thickness direction of the flat type carbon composite material preform; a step of combining a heater with the heater penetration hole; and a step of gradually depositing pyrolytic carbon in the longitudinal direction of the flat type carbon composite material preform by heating the flat type carbon composite material preform with the heater and flowing hydrocarbon gas. The present invention is able to quickly and evenly densify the flat type carbon composite material preform.
열구배 화학기상침투방법을 이용한 평판형 탄소복합재 프리폼의 밀도화 방법이 개시된다. 평판형 탄소복합재 프리폼의 밀도화 방법은평판형 탄소복합재 프리폼을 준비하는 단계, 상기 평판형 탄소복합재 프리폼의 두께 방향으로 관통하는 히터 관통공을 형성하는 단계, 상기 히터 관통공에 히터를 결합시키는 단계 및 상기 히터로 상기 평판형 탄소복합재 프리폼을 가열하면서 탄화수소 가스를 유동시킴으로써, 상기 평판형 탄소복합재 프리폼의 길이 방향으로 열분해 탄소를 점진적으로 증착시키는 단계를 포함한다.
