The present invention relates to an over slam bumper and, more specifically, to an over slam bumper which prevents separation, prevents leakage, and can be universally used. The over slam bumper comprises: a bumper; a case penetrating a vehicle body panel, and including a case body in which the bumper is inserted, a wing end protruding along an outer circumferential surface of the case body and having wing grooves formed therethrough at regular intervals, and a hook formed on a separated position of a lower portion of the wing end to restrict the vehicle body panel on the case body; and a separation prevention means including a ring installed between the vehicle body panel and the wing end, and separation prevention parts protruding from an upper surface of the ring at regular intervals to be inserted into the wing grooves.
본 발명은 오버슬램범퍼에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 이탈이 방지되도록 함과 동시에 누수 및 누설이 방지되도록 할 뿐만 아니라 범용으로 사용 가능한 오버슬램범퍼에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은, 범퍼; 차체 패널을 관통하는 것으로, 내부에 범퍼가 삽입되는 케이스몸체와, 케이스몸체의 외주면 둘레를 따라 돌출 형성되고 날개홈이 일정 간격으로 관통 형성되는 날개단과, 날개단 하부의 이격된 위치에 형성되어 차체 패널이 케이스몸체에 구속되도록 하는 후크를 포함하는 케이스; 차체 패널과 날개단의 사이에 설치되는 링과, 링의 상면에 일정 간격으로 돌출 형성되어 날개홈에 삽입되는 이탈방지편을 포함하는 이탈방지수단;으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 오버슬램범퍼를 기술적 요지로 한다.
