Sound Absorbing Material With Multilayered Structure
The present invention relates to a sound absorbing material of a multilayered structure and, more specifically, to a sound absorbing material of a multilayered structure which is installed on an indoor wall to attenuate various frequencies, stacks one or more pieces of slice foam to form a concave portion and a convex portion on the front to increase an aesthetic sense and acoustic absorption coefficient, and can be easily exchanged when a portion is damaged by an external impact. The sound absorbing material allows one end thereof to be affixed to an indoor wall, has a protruding portion and a concave portion in front thereof, is formed into a single body, and comprises: base foam wherein protruding portions and concave portions with an inclined surface on the front are separated at regular intervals; first slice foam stacked on an upper portion of the protruding portions of the base foam; second slice foam stacked on an upper portion of the first slice foam; and an adhesive layer formed between the base foam and the first slice foam and between the first and the second slice foam.
본 발명은 다층구조의 흡음재에 관한 것으로 보다 상세하게는 실내 벽면에 설치되어 다양한 주파수를 감쇄시키는 것으로 하나 이상의 슬라이스 폼을 적층시켜 전방에 오목부와 돌출부를 형성하여 미적감 및 흡음계수를 증대하고, 외부의 충격에 인한 부분파손시 용이하게 교체할 수 있는 다층구조의 흡음재는 실내 벽면에 일단이 접착되고 이의 전방에 돌출부와 오목부를 구비하며 단일체로 형성된 흡음재에 있어서, 전방에 경사면이 구비된 돌출부와 오목부가 일정한 간격으로 이격되어 형성된 베이스 폼과 상가 베이스 폼의 돌출부 상부에 적층되는 제1슬라이스 폼과 상기 제1슬라이스 폼의 상부에 적층되는 제2슬라이스 폼과 상기 베이스 폼과 제1슬라이스 폼 사이와 제1슬라이스 폼과 제2슬라이스 폼 사이에는 접착층이 형성되어 이루어진 구조이다.
