Disclosed is a mortise assembly with a swing type latch bolt, which prevents the latch bolt from getting stuck in the middle of a door frame during the movement of a door when opening and closing the door, and smoothly drives the latch bolt and a dead bolt. The present invention, in a body of a mortise assembly in which a dead bolt and a latch bolt are configured to be drawn out and drawn in, includes: an indoor rotating body and an outdoor rotating body which is installed in the same rotation axis in the inside of the body of the mortise assembly; a dead lever in which one end is connected to the dead bolt and the other end is connected to the indoor rotating body to operate the dead bolt; and a latch lever in which one end is connected to the latch bolt and the other end is connected to the outdoor rotating body to operate the latch bolt, wherein at least one concave region is formed on an outer periphery of the outdoor rotating body, a part of the other end of the latch lever is disposed on the concave region, a pair of latch operation protrusions is protruded on the upper part of an outer periphery of the indoor rotating body, the other end of the latch lever is disposed between the pair of latch operation protrusions to rotate the latch lever by a rotation in one direction, a pair of dead operation protrusions protrudes on the bottom part of an outer periphery of the indoor rotating body, and the other end of the dead lever is disposed between the pair of dead operation protrusions to rotate the dead lever by a rotation in one direction.

본 발명은 문의 개폐시 이동 도중에 래치볼트가 문틀의 중간에 걸리는 것을 방지하고 래치볼트와 데드볼트를 원활하게 구동시킬 수 있는 스윙형 래치볼트가 구비된 모티스 조립체를 개시한다. 본 발명은 모티스 본체에서 데드볼트와 래치볼트가 인출 및 인입되도록 구성된 모티스 조립체에 있어서, 상기 모티스 본체의 내부에서 서로 동일 회전축 상에 설치된 실내측 회동체와 실외측 회동체; 상기 데드볼트에 일단이 연결되고 타단이 상기 실내측 회동체에 연결되어 상기 데드볼트를 작동시키는 데드 레버; 및 상기 래치볼트에 일단이 연결되고 타단이 상기 실외측 회동체에 연결되어 상기 래치볼트를 작동시키는 래치 레버를 더 포함하고, 상기 실외측 회동체의 외주연에는 적어도 하나의 오목영역이 형성되고, 상기 오목영역에는 상기 래치 레버의 상기 타단의 일부가 위치되고, 상기 실내측 회동체의 외주연의 상부에는 한 쌍의 래치 작동돌기가 돌출형성되고 상기 한 쌍의 래치 작동돌기 사이에 상기 래치 레버의 타단이 위치되어 회전에 의해 상기 래치 레버를 일측방향으로 선회시키고, 상기 실내측 회동체의 외주연의 하부에는 한 쌍의 데드 작동돌기가 돌출형성되고 상기 한 쌍의 데드 작동돌기 사이에 상기 데드 레버의 타단이 위치되어 회전에 의해 상기 데드 레버를 일측방향으로 선회시키는 것을 특징으로 한다.
