The present invention relates to a multiprocessing type machining center with a blocking door comprising: a base frame; a processing table disposed on the upper front side of the base frame; a support frame stood on the upper part of the base frame; a plurality of processing heads installed in the support frame and having spindles mounting a tool thereto to process a workpiece fixed on the processing table; a plurality of tool exchange devices disposed on the upper rear side of the base frame to receive the tool and exchange the tool of the spindles, respectively; and the blocking door disposed in the support frame to open/close a space in which the processing head and the processing table are placed, and a space in which the tool exchange device is placed. Accordingly, provided are effects of improving an environment for processing a workpiece and quickly and easily exchanging a tool.
본 발명에 따른 차단 도어를 갖는 멀티 가공형 머시닝 센터는, 베이스 프레임과; 상기 베이스 프레임의 상부 앞쪽에 구비되는 가공 테이블과; 상기 베이스 프레임의 상부에 세워지는 지지 프레임과; 상기 지지 프레임에 설치되고 상기 가공 테이블에 고정된 공작물을 가공할 수 있도록 공구가 장착되는 스핀들이 각각 구비된 복수개의 공작 헤드와; 상기 베이스 프레임의 상부 뒤쪽에 구비되어 공구가 수납됨과 아울러 상기 복수개의 스핀들에 공구를 각각 교환할 수 있도록 이루어진 복수개의 공구교환장치와; 상기 지지 프레임에 구비되어 상기 공작 헤드 및 가공 테이블이 위치되는 공간과 상기 공구교환장치가 위치되는 공간을 개폐하는 차단 도어를 포함하여 구성됨으로써, 공작물의 가공 환경을 개선하고, 공구 교환도 보다 신속하고 용이하게 이루어지도록 하는 효과를 갖는다.
