The present invention provides a foldable hinged door device, which is possible to assemble and install a door on a door frame after installing the door frame on an entrance during construction to be possible to largely improve constructability by forming a rotation radius of a hinged door to be narrow, is possible to install the entrance having a wide area even when the periphery of a corridor or the entrance is formed to be narrow to be possible to easily perform passage and transportation of articles, removes a gap between the door and the door frame when the hinged door is closed to prevent accidents of jamming a finger or the like in advance, and prevents inflow of a wind or a foreign substance to be possible to largely improve thermal insulation and sound insulation and to minimize a cost in accordance with maintenance.
본 발명은 여닫이 도어의 회전 반경을 좁게 형성하도록 함으로써, 시공시 문틀을 먼저 출입구에 설치한 후 상기 문틀에 도어를 조립 설치할 수 있어 시공성을 크게 향상시킬 수 있고, 복도나 출입구 주변이 좁게 형성되어 있어도 넓은 면적의 출입구를 설치할 수 있어 통행 및 물품의 운반을 용이하게 할 수 있으며, 미닫이 도어가 닫혀 있을 때에 도어와 문틀 사이에 틈새가 없도록 하여 손가락이 끼는 등의 안전사고 발생을 미연에 차단할 수 있고, 바람이나 이물질 등의 유입을 차단하여 단열성과 차음성을 크게 향상시키는 동시에 유지관리에 따른 비용을 최소화할 수 있도록 한 좁은 회전 반경을 갖는 접이식 여닫이 도어장치를 제공하고자 한다.
