In general, a leader (1) and a back stay (2) attached to a DCM are always vertically fixed such that the leader and the back stay are subject to altitude restrictions when passing through an obstacle such as a bridge when moving the transportation equipment. According to the present invention, the leader (1) and the back stay (2) are laid in a horizontal state at 89 degrees or more to reduce a height so as to be capable of passing through the obstacle, and can be re-raised vertically at 90 degrees during operation. This function can be achieved by a hydraulic cylinder (3) mounted to a support fixture (5) so as to be capable of adjusting the inclination of the leader (1) and the back stay (2) to an inclination angle of 89 degrees, thereby allowing easy passage of obstacles during offshore or onshore work.
일반적으로, DCM에 부착된 (1)LEADER와 (2)BACK STAY를 항상 수직으로 고정되어 운반 장비의 이동시 교량 등의 장애물을 통과 시 고도제한을 받게 되는데 이러한 (1)LEADER와 (2)BACK STAY를 89도 이상 수평 상태로 눕혀서 높이를 줄여 장애물을 통과하고, 작업 시 다시 90도 수직으로 세울 수가 있다. 이러한 가능은 (5) SUPPORT FIXTURE에 장착된 (3)HYDRAULIC CYLINDER에 의해서 (1)LEADER와 (2)BACK STAY를 경사각 89도까지 기울기 조절이 가능토록하여 해상 또는 육상 작업 시 장애물을 쉽게 통과 할 수 있도록 고안 하였다
