SAFTY DOOR OF GANG FORM
The present invention relates to a safety door for a gang form. According to the present invention, the safety door for the gang form comprises: a support unit fixated on a vertical handrail on one side placed on an end unit of the gang form by standing erect; a first rotation prevention unit and a second rotation prevention unit fixated on a front surface of the support unit to be distanced vertically and to have a first groove unit and a second groove unit on a front surface; a guide unit supported by being penetrated and standing erect by the first rotation prevention unit and the second rotation prevention unit; a sign fixing unit connected to a plurality of points of the guide unit to have an information sign fixated on the inside; and an elastic member placed to wrap around the guide unit to be compressed when the sign fixing unit is rotated. The sign fixing unit is rotated after rising and then escapes from the first groove unit and the second groove unit, the elastic member is compressed. When the sign fixing unit rotates towards its original position, the sign fixing unit is lowered towards the first groove unit and the second groove unit by a restoring force of the elastic member. According to the present invention, the safety door for the gang form is able to allow the sign fixing unit, to which the information sign is fixated, to be operated by an opening method by rotation after rising or by a closing method by falling after rotation, to allow a worker to open/close the sign fixing unit artificially, to allow the sign fixing unit to be easily closed by elastic force, and to have a simple structure.
개시된 본 발명에 따른 갱폼 안전도어는, 갱폼의 단부에 배치된 일측 수직난간에 직립 상태로 고정되는 지지부; 상기 지지부의 전면에 상하 이격된 상태로 고정되며, 전면에 제1, 2 홈부가 각각 형성된 제1, 2 회전 방지부; 상기 제1, 2 회전 방지부에 직립 상태로 관통되어 지지되는 가이드부; 상기 가이드부의 복수 지점에 연결되며, 내측에 안내표지판이 고정되는 표지판 고정부; 및 상기 가이드부를 감싸도록 구비되어 상기 표지판 고정부의 회전시 압축되는 탄성부재를 포함하며, 상기 표지판 고정부는 상승 후 회전되어 상기 제1, 2 홈부에서 이탈되면 상기 탄성부재가 압축되며, 원위치 회전시 상기 탄성부재의 복원력에 의해 상기 제1, 2 홈부로 하강한다. 본 발명에 따른 갱폼 안전도어는, 안내표지판이 고정된 표지판 고정부가 상승 후 회전에 의한 개방 또는 회전 후 하강에 의한 폐쇄 방식으로 작동되게 함으로써, 작업자가 인위적으로 표지판 고정부를 개폐 가능하고, 탄성력에 의해 표지판 고정부가 용이하게 폐쇄 가능하며, 구조가 간단한 효과가 있다.

The present invention relates to a safety door for a gang form. 개시된 본 발명에 따른 갱폼 안전도어는, 갱폼의 단부에 배치된 일측 수직난간에 직립 상태로 고정되는 지지부; 상기 지지부의 전면에 상하 이격된 상태로 고정되며, 전면에 제1, 2 홈부가 각각 형성된 제1, 2 회전 방지부; 상기 제1, 2 회전 방지부에 직립 상태로 관통되어 지지되는 가이드부; 상기 가이드부의 복수 지점에 연결되며, 내측에 안내표지판이 고정되는 표지판 고정부; 및 상기 가이드부를 감싸도록 구비되어 상기 표지판 고정부의 회전시 압축되는 탄성부재를 포함하며, 상기 표지판 고정부는 상승 후 회전되어 상기 제1, 2 홈부에서 이탈되면 상기 탄성부재가 압축되며, 원위치 회전시 상기 탄성부재의 복원력에 의해 상기 제1, 2 홈부로 하강한다. 본 발명에 따른 갱폼 안전도어는, 안내표지판이 고정된 표지판 고정부가 상승 후 회전에 의한 개방 또는 회전 후 하강에 의한 폐쇄 방식으로 작동되게 함으로써, 작업자가 인위적으로 표지판 고정부를 개폐 가능하고, 탄성력에 의해 표지판 고정부가 용이하게 폐쇄 가능하며, 구조가 간단한 효과가 있다.
