Charcoal Tile And the Manufacturing Method Thereof
The present invention relates to a charcoal tile and a manufacturing method thereof, integrating a charcoal plate with a general tile or a general plate (or wood or the like) to be usable, wherein the charcoal plate is prepared using wood (or charcoal or the like), which is one among raw materials, having various shapes (cross sectional shapes) of the raw materials themselves, thereby being conveniently applicable with an easy process. The present invention, related to the method for manufacturing charcoal tile, in which holes with one or more shapes are formed to be perforated on a thin plate tile through laser, the thin plate tile with the perforated holes gets touched and bonded on the general tile by using an organic or inorganic adhesive, and the charcoal plate with one or more shapes is inserted into the perforated holes and gets fixated using the adhesive. The charcoal plate is formed by immerging charcoal in gypsum or liquefied ceramic material, drying the charcoal and cutting the dried charcoal.
본 발명은 숯타일 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 원료 중 하나인 목재(혹은 숯, 목탄 등)를 이용하여 준비된 숯판재는 원료 자체의 다양한 형태(단면 형태)를 가진 것으로서, 이와 같이 준비된 숯판재를 일반타일 혹은 일반판재(혹은 목재 등)에 일체로 결합시켜 사용할 수 있도록 함으로써 쉬운 공정으로 간편하게 적용할 수 있다. 본 발명의 숯타일 제조방법에 있어서, 박판 타일에 하나 이상의 모양의 구멍들을 레이저를 통해 천공하여 형성하고, 일반 타일상에 상기 천공된 구멍들을 가진 박판타일을 면접시키고 유기 또는 무기 접착제를 사용하여 접착하고, 하나 이상의 모양을 가진 숯판재를 상기 천공된 구멍에 삽입하여 접착제를 사용하여 고정시키는 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기 숯판재는 숯에 석고 혹은 액상 세라믹 재질에 침지시킨 후 건조시킨 후 절단 형성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
