The present invention relates to a system for managing a condition of a road surface. More specifically, the system for managing a condition of a road surface detects a defect of a road surface by analyzing an image photographed by a stereo camera and senses an obstacle on a road. The system for managing a condition of a road surface manages information about the obstacle sensed and the detected defect of the road and shares the information to drivers. So, the system for managing a condition of a road surface can manage a defect of the road surface and can rapidly solve a risk element of an obstacle on the road. The system for managing a condition of a road surface can build big data on the road condition by forming information on the defect and the obstacle on the road by detecting a defect of the road surface and sensing an obstacle on the road. So, the system for managing a condition of a road surface can create many cloud type values. Moreover, the system for managing a condition of a road surface can advance the time of completing building an intelligent traffic system on roads of a whole country by rapidly detecting defects of the road surface by processing images of a stereo camera at high speed and sensing obstacles on the road. The system for managing a condition of a road surface includes a detection device (100), a management server, and a terminal.
본 발명은 도로 노면 상태 관리 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는, 스테레오 카메라를 통해 촬영한 영상을 분석하여 도로 노면의 결함을 검출하고 도로의 장애물을 감지하고 검출된 노면의 결함과 감지된 장애물에 대한 정보를 관리하고 운전자들에게 공유하는 것을 통해 도로 노면의 결함을 관리하고 도로의 장애물의 위험요소를 빠르게 해결할 수 있고, 도로 노면의 결함을 검출하고 도로의 장애물을 감지하여 정보화 하는 것을 통해 노면 상태에 대한 빅데이터를 구축하여 향후 수많은 클라우드형 가치를 창조할 수 있고, 스테레오 카메라의 영상을 고속으로 처리하여 빠르게 도로 노면의 결함을 검출하고 도로의 장애물을 감지하는 것을 통해 전국도로를 지능형 교통체계 시스템으로 구축을 완료하는 시기를 앞당기게 하는 도로 노면 상태 관리 시스템에 관한 것이다.
