Disclosed are a modular unit for construction and a modular unit assembly which minimize weight during transport and installation. According to embodiments of the present invention, the modular unit for construction comprises: a pillar member arranged on each corner portion in a vertical direction; a ceiling beam member wherein one end and the other end thereof are coupled to upper ends of a pair of the pillar members facing each other to connect upper portions of the pillar members to each other; a floor beam member wherein one end and the other end thereof are coupled to lower ends of the pair of the pillar members facing each other to connect lower portions of the pillar members to each other in response to the ceiling beam member; and a side wall beam member arranged to be perpendicular to the pillar members, the ceiling beam member, and the floor beam member, and coupled to upper and lower portions of a pair of the pillar members arranged next to each other in a width direction next to the ceiling beam member and the floor beam member to connect the upper and lower portions of the pillar members to each other.
건축용 모듈러 유닛 및 모듈러 유닛 조립체가 개시된다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 건축용 모듈러 유닛은 각각의 모서리 부분에 수직방향으로 각각 배치되는 기둥부재; 상호 마주하는 한 쌍의 상기 기둥부재 상부를 상호 연결하도록 상기 기둥부재의 상단부에 일단과 타단이 각각 결합되는 천장 보 부재; 상기 천장 보 부재에 대응하여 상호 마주하는 한 쌍의 상기 기둥부재의 하부를 상호 연결하도록 상기 기둥부재의 하단부에 일단과 타단이 각각 결합되는 바닥 보 부재; 및 상기 기둥부재, 상기 천장 보 부재, 및 상기 바닥 보 부재와 각각 수직하게 배치되며, 상호 이웃하게 배치되는 한 쌍의 상기 기둥부재 상부와 하부를 상호 연결하도록 상기 천장 보 부재와 상기 바닥 보 부재에 이웃하여 상기 기둥부재의 상부와 하부에 폭 방향으로 결합되는 측벽 보 부재를 포함한다.
