Fire door and manufacturing method thereof
The present invention relates to a fireproof door wherein a lattice type reinforcement material composed of a metal plate is used to be installed into the fireproof door, and an adhesion area is expanded to enable an inner side of the fireproof door to be bonded by a hybrid adhesive in which organic component and inorganic components are mixed with each other. According to the present invention, a metal plate with an I-shaped cross section is bent into a C shape to form an adhesion surface. Coupling grooves are formed on the metal plate at predetermined intervals, and the metal plate is disposed in a lattice type. The coupling grooves are inserted into each other, and the metal plate disposed in a lattice type is disposed between a front surface plate and a rear surface plate of the fireproof door. Moreover, the adhesion surface is fixed to the front surface plate and the rear surface plate by an adhesive in which an inorganic filler and a high molecule are mixed with each other.
본 발명은 방화문의 내부에 설치되는 보강재가 금속판으로 이루어진 격자형 보강재를 사용하는 한편, 접착 면적을 넓혀서 유기 성분과 무기 성분이 혼합된 하이브리드 접착제로 방화문의 내측에 접착이 이루어지도록 하는 방화문에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 단면이 ‘ㅣ’자형의 금속판을 ‘ㄷ’자 형태로 절곡하여 접착면을 형성하고, 상기 금속판에는 일정 간격으로 결합홈을 형성하고, 상기 금속판을 격자로 배치하되, 결합홈이 서로 끼워지게 하고, 상기 격자로 배치된 금속판을 방화문의 전후면판 사이에 배치하되 접착면이 무기 충전제와 고분자가 혼합된 접착제로 전후면판에 고정시킴으로써 이루어진다.
