AN APPARATUS FOR FIXING STON OUTER PANNELS OF BUINDING
The present invention relates to an apparatus for fixing a stone exterior material for construction. The apparatus for fixing a stone exterior material for construction comprises: an anchor bolt (2) fixed on a concrete wall (1) of a building; a fixing part body (10) coupled to an outer side of an insulator attached on an outer side of the wall (1); and an angle unit coupled to an outer side of the fixing part body (10), and meshed with a stone exterior material to support the stone exterior material. The fixing part body (10) includes: two tubular units (11) into which two anchor bolts (2) fixed on the concrete wall to protrude to the outside are inserted; and a fixing plate (16) integrally coupled to ends of the tubular units (11), and provided with holes (15) corresponding to the tubular units (11) to communicate with the tubular units (11). The angle unit is arranged on the fixing part body outside a foam insulator, and the angle unit and an exterior material meshed and supported by the angle unit are maintained to be integrated with the concrete wall to prevent the exterior material from being separated when an earthquake occurs to improve safety. The tubular units of the fixing part body are inserted and mounted in the anchor bolts through the insulator to improve work efficiency.
본 발명은 건축용 석판 외장재 고정장치에 관한 것으로, 건축물의 콘크리트 벽체(1)에 고정되는 앙카볼트(2)에, 상기 벽체(1) 외측에 부착된 단열재 외측에서 결합되는 고정구 본체(10)와, 상기 고정구 본체(10)의 외측에 결합되며 석판 외장재와 맞물려 지지하는 앵글유니트(30)를 구비하는 건축용 석판 외장재 고정장치에 있어서, 상기 고정구 본체(10)는 콘크리트 벽체에 고정되어 외측으로 돌출된 2개의 앙카볼트(2) 각각이 삽입되게 끼우도록 된 2개의 관형부(11)들과, 상기 관형부(11)들의 단부에 일체로 결합되고, 상기 관형부(11)들 각각에 대응하여 연통되게 형성된 홀(15)이 형성된 고정판(16)을 포함하여 구성됨으로써, 발포성 단열재 외측에서 상기 고정구 본체에 앵글 유닛이 배치됨에도 앵글유닛과 그에 의해 맞물려 지지되는 외장재가 콘크리트 벽체와 일체화가 유지됨으로써 지진발생시 외장재가 탈락되는 것을 방지할 수 있어 안전성이 향상되고, 고정구 본체의 관형부를 단열재를 관통하여 앙카볼트에 끼워 장착함으로써 작업 효율성이 향상되는 효과가 있다.

The present invention relates to an apparatus for fixing a stone exterior material for construction.
