Roadside protectors with corrosion resistance
The present invention provides a street tree protector with corrosion resistance which uses polymer concrete containing waste stone to have a Korean design and prevent corrosion to have flame resistance and corrosion resistance, and allows a protective cover portion excluding an edge frame to have high strength like a metallic material while the protective cover portion is thin and light weight. The street tree protector with corrosion resistance comprises: a plurality of edge frames having a support protrusion formed on an inner side thereof to be divided into at least one to allow portions thereof coming in contact with each other to touch each other to form a frame shape; and a plurality of protective covers which include a drain to allow water to enter while an edge of an outer circumference thereof is lifted to allow an upper surface of the support protrusion to form the same surface with an upper surface of the edge frames, and are divided into at least one to form a planting space on an inner circumferential side thereof. The edge frames and the protective covers are formed by polymer concrete containing waste stone. A plurality of iron cores for strength reinforcement during forming are embedded in the protective covers. Accordingly, the street tree protector with corrosion resistance is nature friendly, prevents damage to secure a long service life to provide economic effects, and is conveniently handled to increase efficiency of installation work.
디자인이 한국적(韓國的)이면서 부식 등이 발생하지 않도록 폐석재 등을 포함하는 폴리머 콘크리트를 사용함에 따라 내염성과 내식성을 가짐은 물론 특히 테두리 프레임을 제외한 보호커버 부분이 얇은 두께를 가지면서 경량으로 금속재와 같은 높은 강도를 가도록 내측면에 각각의 받침턱이 형성되어 서로 접하는 부분이 맞닿아 틀 형태를 이루도록 적어도 하나 이상으로 분할형성되는 복수의 테두리 프레임; 상기 받침턱에 상면이 상기 테두리 프레임의 상면과 동일면을 이루도록 외주연 테두리가 올려지면서 수분이 흘러들어가는 각각의 배수로를 포함하며, 내주연 측에 식재공간이 형성되도록 적어도 하나 이상으로 분할형성되는 복수의 보호커버;를 포함하되, 상기 테두리 프레임 및 보호커버는 폐석재를 포함하는 폴리머 콘크리트에 의해 성형되되, 상기 보호커버에는 성형시 강도보강을 위한 복수의 철심이 내장되는 것을 더 포함하는 내식성 가로수 보호대를 제공한다. 그에 따라 자연친화적이면서 손상이나 파손됨을 방지하여 오랜 사용기간을 확보하여 경제적인 효과는 물론 취급이 편리하여 설치작업의 효율성도 높일 수 있는 효과를 가진다.
