Modular Architecture Using the Fireproof Sealing Tube and Fire Protection layer

The present invention provides a modular building, including: a plurality of unit units including four vertical frames for forming a wall surface of a modular building, four horizontal frames for forming an upper portion surface by connecting a space between one ends of each vertical frame adjacent to each other, and four horizontal frames for forming a lower portion surface by connecting a space between the other ends of each vertical frame adjacent to each other; and a fireproof sealing tube provided between two unit units positioned in parallel with each other in a vertical direction or a horizontal direction and having at least one of an air layer and a filling layer therein.

본 발명은, 조립식 건축물의 벽면을 형성하기 위한 4개의 수직프레임과, 서로 인접하는 각각의 수직프레임 일단 사이를 상호 연결하여 상부면을 형성하기 위한 4개의 수평프레임과, 서로 인접하는 각각의 수직프레임 타단 사이를 상호 연결하여 하부면을 형성하기 위한 4개의 수평프레임을 포함하는 복수 개의 단위 유닛; 및 상하 방향 또는 좌우 방향으로 나란히 위치한 2개의 단위 유닛 사이에 배치되며, 내부에 공기층 및 충진층 중 적어도 하나 이상을 갖는 기밀방화 튜브를 포함하는 조립식 건축물을 제공하고자 한다.
