SPRAY EQUIPMENT USING ON ZERO-SLUMP FIBER REINFORCED CEMENTITIOUS MATERIAL
The present invention relates to a spray device for a zero slump fiber reinforced cement composite and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to a spray device for a zero slump fiber reinforced cement composite and a manufacturing method thereof which install a spring pressurizing system to fill a lower portion of a spray body with a cement composite and transport the cement composite close to a nozzle using a mechanical transport system to improve the spray amount and adhesion of the cement composite. The spray device for a zero slump fiber reinforced cement composite according to the present invention used to secure reinforcement thickness of a cement composite for a structural member comprises: a spray body having a vertical rectangular or circumferential shape; a spring pressurizing system for pressurizing a cement composite to a lower portion of the spray body from an upper portion of the spray body; and a mechanical transport system for transporting the cement composite filled in the lower portion of the spray body to a nozzle.
본 발명은 제로슬럼프 섬유 보강 시멘트 복합체용 스프레이 장치 및 그 제조에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 스프링 가압 시스템을 설치하여 시멘트 복합체를 스프레이 본체 하부로 충전하고 기계적 수송 시스템을 이용하여 노즐 가까이 시멘트 복합체를 수송하여 시멘트 복합체의 스프레이 량과 부착력을 향상시키는 제로슬럼프 섬유 보강 시멘트 복합체용 스프레이 장치 및 그 제조에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 제로 슬럼프 섬유 보강 시멘트 복합체용 스프레이 장치는, 구조부재에 대한 시멘트 복합체의 보강 두께 확보를 위해 사용되는 스프레이 장치에 있어서, 수직 직사각형 혹은 원주 형상을 갖는 스프레이 본체와; 상기 스프레이 본체의 상부에서 시멘트 복합체를 스프레이 본체 하부로 가압하는 스프링 가압시스템, 상기 스프레이 본체 하부에 충전된 시멘트 복합체를 노즐에 수송하는 기계적 수송 시스템을; 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
